Institute of Technology Bombay. Her work focuses on computational
approaches to understand functional effects of somatic mutations.
Xiang Liu, PhD
Research Scientist. PhD in Biosystems Engineering from The University of
Arizona. His work focuses on developing computational methods and
tools to understand chromatin organization and enhancer function.
Isis Narvaez-Bandera, PhD
Postdoctoral Fellow. PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of
Puerto Rico at Mayaguez. Her work focuses on developing bioinformatics
methods and tools to characterize cancers at the molecular
level. (co-supervised by Dr. Xuefeng Wang)
Zachary Pinet
Undergraduate student in Computer Science at the University of
Florida. He focuses on building deep learning models in
understanding human genomic features.
Yi-Han Tang, MS
Data Analyst. MS in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from the
University of South Florida. Her work focuses on bioinformatics
analysis of Clonal Hematopoiesis(co-supervised by Dr. Nancy Gillis).
Mingxiang Teng, PhD
Principal Investigator. Assistant Member at the Department of
Biostatistics and Bioinformatics, Moffitt Cancer Center. He holds
joint faculty appointment at the College of Public Health and
Institute for Artificial Intelligence + X, University of South Florida.
Jingjing Wu, MS
PhD student in Medical Science at the Heart Institute, University of
South Florida. She focuses on investigating the spatial and temporal chromatin
architecture of B cells following EBV infection (co-supervised by
Dr. Dazhi Wang).
Zile Zhao, PhD
Postdoctoral Fellow. PhD in Statistics from the University of South
Carolina. His research focuses on Bayesian high-dimensional modeling
and machine learning towards spatial omics data normalization and integration.
